We hope you love all your purchases from us, but we understand sometimes it doesn't work out. Returns must be in perfect condition. We accept unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items. Returns are ONLY eligible for STORE CREDIT
if returned within 14 days of your receipt of purchase. Any time after will not be eligible for a return.
If items we receive for return are NOT in the original condition and have stains/odors, pet hair, makeup, or deodorant on them they WILL NOT receive credit and you'll be charged to ship the items back to you.
We cannot issue refunds to the original payment method. If a customer is not satisfied with the item, in-store credit is the only option.
The customer is responsible for the shipping cost when returning an item. The customer must use United States Postal Service (USPS) when returning an item.
AUTHORIZATION is needed for your return. Email us to start the return process. All returns must include the original packing slip.
**Once we have received your return package with items and packing slip, please allow us 5-10 business days for us to process your return. After it has been processed, we will email you your store credit and it will be valid for 90 days. STORE CREDIT PURCHASES ARE FINAL SALE.

Reporting damaged items must be done within 2 days of receipt. Please email us photos of the damaged items to firstname.lastname@example.org.
All sale items purchased are final and not returnable.
